there was a project i saw once in an eric owen moss book,, maybe the one with the yellow hardback,, 4 giant cylinders (some kind of industrial storage or something) were reused, each by an architect,, anyone knows what im talking about, its vague in my head

Do you prefer to live next to a school or to live next to a tire factory? I am not talking about moving industries overseas. Polluted industrial productions can and should move to industrial zones.
Industrial complexes got kicked out of the cities not only in the rick countries but also in the poor countries.
The rich countries move all polluted industries to the poor ones?
