You should be able to find all the information you need within the LEED NC Reference Guide. It explores all the categories and points, and goes into a reasonable level of detail about each. I would reccomend you read through it cover to cover once, and then study it by breaking it down into individual sections and re-reading, while using flash cards, study notes etc. to learn the information more specifically. Don't forget to study the documentation and registration process for LEED projects.

By the time you are ready for the exam, you should be able to answer questions like how many points are availabe in the "Water Efficiency (WE)" category? What is Sustainable Sites Credit 2? What are the requirements to earn this credit?
