wow, all those entries were pretty awful. Nothing interesting to see there. Actually, I think I am going to say something I never thought I ever would: Stern's might have been the best. And I guess I did not get the memo that watercolors are back.
They weren't competition entries, just really rough sketches probably done in a day. This RFQ was all about financial capacity. If this had been a design competition, or even an RFQ based somewhat on design, then yes, I would agree... but you have to look at the context.
