It would be nice if the moderators could create this discussion topic to encourage sharing of ideas and knowledge on detailing. I personally consider it a topic that most young architects and interns are weakest on and is the one topic that sets designers apart.

and i'll throw this out as a decent resource on rainscreens
i think one of the more annoying things for me is that while working out details is crucial, i really hate redrawing repetitive banal details (HM door, floor transitions, fire rated assemblies, etc) and so if we could have a discussion on detail libraries, that might be beneficial.
