Yeah the problem with olympic boxing is that the judging only seems to care about punch volume. There is little interest in Punching power nor accuracy. I've seen guys win rounds just by throwing tons of haymakers that glance off the other fighters guard and shoulders. Apparently 50 missed haymakers score better than 20-25 well placed jabs to the face.
