Public/Urbans Space Precedent Research

aeaa

I am doing for some precedent research for urban plazas and public spaces that feature stairs. Bleacher stairs, landings, regualr stairs so on and so forth - think Spanish Steps - cascading, programmed public stairs - large or small etc. Any and all ideas welcomed! Thanks

a fairly unique example that i didn't expect to like so much: the public path up and over gehry's disney concert hall. a variety of spatial conditions and perspectives.

Pioneer Courthouse Square

, in Portland, Oregon, looks superficially dated by now, but the curving stairs/bleachers with integral "stramp" are perfect as seating for the city's Living Room.
