BTW - Anyone ever see the winning entries for the South Street Seaport Competition last winter? I see the NYAIA listed the winners' names but no project boards.
Could be an interesting project, depending on how well it's executed. I have reservations about putting a high-rise on that side of FDR Drive, but it might work. The current mall, er, festival marketplace is a bit skanky and dated-looking.
