Does anyone have a few ceiling installation cab details? We're designing the interior cab for a dubai hotel but I can't seem to find any panel attachments. The attachments have to be concealed and open to the emergency access.
Surely there's enough money in your Dubai Hotel Budget to Hire an elevator consultant......they'll tell you how to design an emergency access and associate hardware.
Long and entertaining piece about elevators in a recent New Yorker. I learned that elevator emergency hatches are not operable from inside the cab (for liability reasons) but are intended to be opened from outside by emergency crews.
