I just bought one for my steam shower from a local glass co.
Frameless w/ clip hinges. No transom because it is a door framed opening, if it was taller, I would have ordered a pivoting transom.
They also had a framed door.
Is this for yourself or are you spec'ing for a project?

Shower Doors
Anyone know of a good, modern shower door manufacturer?
Minimal (1" or smaller) frame...or nice frameless glass with minimal hardware?
This is for a steam room, so it needs to be sealed off well.
Thanks!
FP
CR LAURENCE?
MTI makes a cool sliding one here that I'm about to install. It won't work for you, not being a steam door, but they have other doors too.
Oops, it's a flash site so my direct link to it won't work. but hte website shows lots, we're using the Teutonic (hate that name!).
Thanks for the suggestions.
I should have clarified: The glass door needs to extend to the ceiling...so it will be a full 8'-0" tall.
CR Laurence cannot accommodate that, nor can MTI. Closes one is Mr. Shower Door, but their profiles are a bit clunky.
My next call is blumcraft...
Any other suggestions?
