Why should the architect be on the end of the dragon's tail?
Our civil just called to let me know that he can't meet regarding our super fast track project until next Thursday. No work can continue until then. Also, we can't work on project no. 2 b/c since April 21 the owner's interior designer can not consent to meet us until May 9 to review the preliminary drawings for the kitchen. Lastly, we can't work on the retail plaza until the tenant and the landlord agree who is buying the lights.
If the client is willing to pay for overtime, then that is different.
Working OT because the rest of the team is not and the schedule needs to be met - no way.
