So do you typically send out a shload of RFI's on Fridays? and schedule all of your site meetings on Fridays?
I do agree that Friday's do tend to be busy days, but not from a CA stand point. Fridays tend to be the days clients are relaxed enough to call and give you some work.
But it seems if you have well established that your office is organized enough to distribute that Friday time to your employees families, I think a client can respect that...and if he doesn't he's not worth having.

i guess a question to ask here, is does anyone consider their life unbalanced due to work?
it seems a lot of people are agreeing that you can balance both, but does anyone think you cant?
