in general... we are looking for...
1.) someone to pick up redmarks (from hardcopy drawings - mailed or emailed)
2.) provide additional detailing from palette of standard details
3.) comfortable doing simple coordination with S/MPE drawings...i.e.
adding ceiling diffusers, light fixtures etc. to rcps from engineer drawings. adding wall devices to interior elev. from elec. drawings.
able to draw wall sections from structural drawings and exterior elevations.
4.) CAD (AutoCAD v2007) files would be emailed.
5.) Mostly healthcare projects.
6.) No 3d desktop, all flat 2d CAD.
7.) Background CAD files set up for title block, plan, ceiling, furn./equip, assembled in sheet files. annotation mostly done in background files.

I'm sure you've all heard this before...
Basically we need someone who is disciplined and able to
work on their own without a lot of direction. extrapolate from
previous project documentation

B. Arch preferred 2-3 years experience.

I can do it if your looking for one person to work roughly 20-30hrs/week.

I have 8 months exp. before I went away to school
I have a bach in arch.
and I have 13 months exp. after I graduated

My experience has been in residential at my 1st firm and at my new firm I am currently working on a 15 story apt. building which I have seen from DD's through to 100% CD's and I am currently in CA.

I can email you samples of my drawing abilities.

I have never done freelance but recently I have been looking for the opportunity to do so.
How long are you looking for someone to work on these?

Please email me and we can talk further.
