I am going to visit San Diego in about a month and I would very much like to bring a ton of good architecture books home with me. Does anybody know if San Diego has a good architecture bookshop?
not really any architectural bookshops, but you should have a coffee and a slice of cake at extraordinary desserts, however if you find yourself in Santa Monica you can spend a few days at hennessey + ingalls.
damn tourists... haha j/k In all seriousness, does any city have a good "architecture" bookshop? If so, please share.
william stout architectural books. san francisco.
Wrong Coast, but in response to afrdzak's query: Urban Center Books, NYChttp://www.urbancenterbooks.org/
Far from San Diego, but most big cities in Europe has a really good architecture bookshop. And, yes, both San Francisco and Santa Monica has good ones too, but San Diego.......it doesnt seem like it. Architecture book are boring anyway, I will got for the desserts.
