Firm websites say a lot about them, most of the time.
I once saw a firm's website which had a picture of their management, from offices in a few locations, taken as a group and in matching apparel. This matching apparel scheme was modified for the men and women, but it was essentially a "uniform."
Interesting. What message does this send to you or what vibe would you get?

Were they all in black pants/white shirt? AKA dressed as waiters? Maybe it's not a firm, but a theme restaurant?
No such combination in the clothing. It was very somber apparel. But it's definitely a firm, and with more than one office.
Reminds me of a firm's website I visited awhile back; the principles called themselves "The Talent."
Granted, their work was very good.
