6500 seems really tiny if building new construction. I would expect that the core would be justified to one side of the building, with the other three sides open to the exterior (or the two short sides with windows if it is an infill project). A central core does not seem practical with this amount of square footage.

office buildings with 600m2 of space or less
hello all - I am looking for precedents of office buildings with relatively small area - as title says around 600m2 (6500 ft2)
do you guys know about any good ones?
