Question a Material Technology.. Any material nerds please help me

U R SUK

trying to do some research on materials for exterior architecture surfaces .. particularly one that can be ceiling, then wall, and then becomes a path.. something lightweight, a type of plastic perhaps?.. no concrete, or bent wood please... interested in metals, but must be transportable through a mountainous area...

-thanks

unobtanium - the architect's wonder material. I'm surprised you haven't researched this yet. ;-)

well... I'd pick up some back-issues of "detail" and see what you can find. I think the upcoming (current?) Praxis is about surface - worth looking into as well...

good luck!
