I see a flaw in your logic.....you unfortunately don't need much creativity to get a job at the majority of firms - problem solved

i know people who have money without having a job.
i know people who have fun without having money.
i know people who aren't fun but still get dates.
i know people who don't date but still get sex.
i know people who don't have sex but have still found peace.
i don't have peace, but i still sleep.
i know people who sleep but still can't focus.
i know some creative people who have NO ability to focus.

and

i definitely know some non-creative types who still have jobs.
