help finding very specific scale people

So I'm on the fence on a modeling project I may take up to make some extra cash, but a key part that the client is looking for are scale figures that relate to the use: a medical facility, more specifically, two standing 'technicians' (people in lab coats) and one 'patient' (someone laying down).

Ideally the scale would be 3/8", as thats what the model wants to be, but unfortunately the need for these scale figures may dictate the scale of the entire model.

I've checked all the regulars (Plastruct and Charrette) and have done a stupid amount of googling, but no luck. I'd rather not have to custom make the figures as it would be a huge waste of time and resources.

Does anyone have anywhere I should be checking out? Any help would greatly appreciated!

1. I've been looking around the railroad model sites but haven't had much luck
2. laser cutting isn't an option unfortunately, they want full figures vs. profiles

Might try this Preiser company, seems they have the insane german precision thing going on.

3/8" = 1:32, which is popular for cars. But I'm not having luck for people. Maybe find some old 1:29 Gauge 1 train people? Or 1:32 military people?

3/8 = 1:32 = 54mm! Find some old 54mm figures. Unfortunately they all look to be military or fantasy.

What about it? I didn't make up that 54mm scale models are 1:32.

Lucky for us that 1:32 US = 1:32 Croatia = 1:32 Jamaica = 1:32 Ganymede. Yes. Ganymede.
