Wasn't really sure where to post this. My grad studio at Carleton University in Canada (directed by Marco Frascari) is currently doing masterplanning for Hudson Yards, and it's pretty much impossible to find a CAD map for any part of New York City (from Canada, anyway). Would anyone out there have anything I could use as a base map, or better yet a rudimentary massing model? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
yeah, but it's always nicer to just extrude footprints and curbs than it is to measure everything, draw it, and then start modelling... never hurts to ask, right? :)

For a school project, Google Earth should work pretty well.
