my friend's son wanna go to US for art and design studies, start doing some research now see if any well known school...
i know rhode island school of design, cooper union (do they have art and design?), there is a famous one in california but forgot its name... pratt/parson (wonder if its any good)

As is Parsons.
Keep in mind Cranbrook is only graduate school.
