Sorry to make a new topic just for me, but i just found this great site and wanted to join the discussions.
I am doing a graphic Design diploma in Melbourne Australia, and hope to study Architecture when i am finished.
If anyone has any suggestions or tips on how to use this site, or just wants to say 'hello!' please do so, as i feel a little intimidated so far by the scope of this site.
Once again, sorry for the new topic, but thanks in advance for any and all replies.
That is something i am still deciding.
I havn't explored thoroughly enough.... i'd like to stay in Australia if it happens that wa but then again, i honestly am a bit lost at this point in time.... i'm hoping my plans will be set in stone as soon as possible.
re; discussion forum format
what happened? is this temporary? only general discussion appears first and instead of latest poster's name, created by, referenced. discussions section lost its dynamic.
if, to keep this format, it should combine all the subjects like the old version.
JAH - stay in Melbourne and get a B.Arch from RMIT - which is the best university in Australia and the only one comparable in quality to some of the schools that our American and European friends attend here.
If you want to study abroad you will be looking at anywhere between USD$10,000 to USD$45,000 per semester (perhaps I can be corrected) to study at a school with a reputation comparable with RMIT.
You are in the right city - now just make the right decision.
