I'm looking for people with experience living in Paris. cost and rent? The cheaper the better. wanted to get a feel of what sort of apartments or sublets are out there. any insight in terms of what to expect would be very helpful.
Ehm - depends on which part of town you want to live in,
but for a room in a shared appartement you pay around € 500 ore more, seldom less.
I lived in the 18th, pretty nice part, friends of mine in the 10th and 20th, both also ok. Cost of living is quite high, especially if you want to go out the evening, but there are always some bars and other places, where its affordable and raudig. You will need a bike!
