both of these can become scary when taken to their extreme, but somehow these ideas did not spark any real fire.

yes, i kept waiting for them to really get into it. kipnis seemed like a weird choice for moderator, too much on eisenman's side? [his writing, not that he necessarily favored eisenman here] i didn't think he generated much debate.

why have a debate about it. each firm has their reasons for doing something. its not as if one is right or one is wrong. its a preference. like the beatles or the stones kind of thing.
