Regarding the UK, I believe the RIBA and AIA have a collateral agreement. This, however, may not apply to ARB which actually gets you on the register of architects in the UK.
Once you are on the register of the ARB it is no problem to register in any other EU country. Again there is a catch, as this probably only applies to EU nationals.
