Look in Dwell's November 07 issue. I remember seeing a feature about new residential buildings in Brooklyn.
RKT+B is doing some great (and much needed) affordable housing in various Brooklyn neighborhoods. If you'd like detailed info, send me an e-mail... I did a case study on one of these buildings for a class.
