I am officially done with the AIA. They had a mentorship program and they still haven't gotten back to me after multiple attempts. Anyways I am trying to get some IDP hours done through Emerging Professional's Companion. Also doing site visits up to 40 hours. I currently work at a firm but your supervisor can't be your mentor in these credits. Like to meet another local architect. I have 4 years experience, and I am about 60% done with IDP.
