my specialization is public and residential buildings

The general idea - to create interesting and easy enviroment for invalids. confined abilities - is it right to say? Need information on everything connected with them from one hand and architecture from another. Buildings. architects, places, student works, research, technology, links - everything would be healpful.

I would like to design some unusual, necessary mix of functions. Here in Russia there is no large expirience in mixed-use, i ask you for interesting and helpful information on it.
