in end structural requirements don't actually allow ext. skin to work as structure on own, more often becoming bracing...but if you are into tubes i think most skyscrapers actually qualify based on the conditions you describe above.
my fav, for pure structural reasons, was always the sears tower. the idea that a building is a bundle of tubes seems very smart to me.
