I'm struggling to find where the exception has gone that allowed a unisex restroom when the occupancy was less than 10 in the new 2007 California codes. Any help out there?

Where are you working? I'm surprised anyone has adopted the 2007 codes since they are going to be thrown out next spring.
the ibc requires 1 wc per 500 occupants in m occupancy.
