google 'Dubai architecture'....tons of firms from all over the world are doing work there. From all the Starchitects to massive developers...based anywhere from the US to China to Saudi Arabia.
stay away from the dubai stuff... it is mostly starchitects having wet dreams and throwing in a bit of "islamic" style...
