the fact that this car will cost so much at first is because it is new technology, and that is the way it goes. if every great new idea could be mass produced with great quality and efficiency and also be great for the environment, then hell would be a very cold place as well. the fact is we are in a free market economy and 'unfortunately' even people making products that are in the name of change for the better want to make living doing so. however, i dont think this car will ever get down to the 20k level before hydrogen car do
