if it's boredom, or instability, have you ever thought about bridging into a career in specs... seriously! its one way to become indispensible, and learn a LOT, if you are in a good firm and if you can find the right resources.

but if it's the deadlines you hate, or if you're working with a shortsighted team, never mind.

don't hate, just get pissed off. there's a big difference.
