The former Texaco building (note the ghost of the lettering on that green party wall).
I'd be tempted to--as long as they don't monkey with it too much in the process of conversion.
Any Big Easy Archinecters who can tell us what's in store?
[One bit of faint hope: it looks like it was included on the National Register of Historic Places last year.]

cool building. i'd be interested in seeing what they do. unfortunately, it's on the edge of the hood. at least they aren't going to turn it into a hotel. (I'm a Tulane alum...)

An ultimate fantasy scenario might be if they call it "the Texaco" and reinstate the lettering. Sure, it's corporate branding, but...
