...since we're on this topic already, I'm going for a second interview tomorrow, what should I expect???

during the first interview:

- I met 3 out of the 4 principals, plus the managing director, I assume.
- Discussed the salary, benefits, etc.
- Discussed my experience in detail
- other important matters, e.g: h1b sponsorship


I don't know what to expect...This is a 25ish person firm, seemingly very casual...

Strictly speaking, there will be alot of paperwork to do for the company. Plus, they will have to pay for the filing fee...Of course, almost all of us h1b wannabes (if not all) are willing to pay for the legal fees...hahah..

It's common sense, between two equally competent candidates - - one needs sponsorship, the other is a resident...why bother with the the one who needs sponsorship???

Of course, all we can do is hope =)
