I'm looking for examples of screens with various apertures and patterns within it. Would you recommend anyone other than shigeru ban as an example or woud you have links?
i was about to post the same thing....but for an exterior screen porch design/build....... not really sure what would be a good screen material to construct a fab wall setup....
any links would be appreciated......
as in screen printing, can always go guerilla style and us stencils

280 to a 320 mesh works great when you are in need of detail.

Using some stuff from http://www.bwire.com/ for a custom screen door.
ahh but jasoncross, only 85-110 for plastic based inks.
