if i was to start a design firm in cali, what would be the best way to go about it....... do all designs/cd need to be stamped?.... should i team up with a registered engineer/arch to stamp/guide the design process........ will a builders license get me anywhere if i'm not registered?........ is it possible to do the design work and then pass off the project to another firm for cd's?
