It's not a terrible *concept* for a tat, but the execution is definitely poor. It would have been nice if she'd worked with her artist to get something a little more polished drawn up. Right now it looks like she walked into a shop with a map and said, "I want the outline of Brooklyn", and didn't put any more thought into it.
On the plus side, it's simple enough that it can be reworked in the future.
