Today during lunch, I walked down to a local shoe store that's going to be closing after decades of business. The building was sold to tear down to build new "condos or hotels or something else for the royalty," as the owner of the shop told me as I was buying the shoes.

These are the shoes I just bought. Incredibly comfortable.
