I'm working on renovating an old office building in downtown Dallas. In the past, I've heard of tax credits for implementing grass and/or solar panels on the roof.
Does anyone know a source where I can find out specifics about these kind of credits???
Is it possible to get these kind of credits w/o going for LEED certification???
You're gonna need the tax credits to keep the guy on the Snapper busy.
Is this live grass? Or hay? Ford recently did an entire facility up in Michigan (HUGE, Lincoln sized) w/ it's entire roof covered with live grass.
It was also a very LEED project.
I also met a guy in AthensGA who constucted a house clad in hay - even passed muster w/ the Fire Marshall (probably one of the band members of the B-52s).
