yeah, i looked at ikea, but those seem a little tooo cheap. i want something that will last for a while... perhaps the quaility of artemide, but at a lower income bracket?
I got this thing years and years ago. Catalina Lighting DLTW4400 about $125. Has a very heavy substantial base and uses halogen bulbs. Not made in China as far as I can tell.

I am looking for the manufacturer of this lamp? It has a round base, the task lamp rotates up and down and the head pivots.
