I work from home about half the week and am planning on buying a standing desk soon. My non-architect sister told me that she got a mini treadmill too and loves it for walking while working. But I wonder if that's too much movement for the kind of keyboard- and click-heavy work that we do in CAD, Revit, etc.
Anyone have a recommendation FOR or AGAINST an under-desk treadmill?
My wife has a superfit small treadmill for under her sit stand. Granted, she is in calls alot while on and not doing her design work. She uses it daily though....all depends what you want to get out of it and your commitment to using it!
