Don't worry, it's affordable, see they put it in the title. I'm sure enclosing approximately 40% of the space and then using comparables that have SF numbers closer to the interior + exterior space provided helps.

The kits start at $18,000 (not a typo).

I don't know a thing about the company but their site is intriguing. .
