go do it

A search didn't turn up anything but Google never forgets.

Has anyone had any resent experiance? I am currently doing a 9K building with slab on grade and just wondering if TSMR would be of any assistance.

Thanks

Do a broader google search for fiber reinforced concrete.  Steel fibers are an option within that classification.

Looks like Helix is a proprietary steel fiber, but other suppliers have equivalent options or other fiber materials.

I think by now there is plenty data that fiber reinforcement works effectively as a substitute for rebar in a SOG application.

General guidance:

Ductal is Lafarge's version of GFRC (glass fiber reinforced concrete), at least in Canada. It probably has other names in other places.  Has been very successful here.  https://www.lafarge.ca/en/duct...
