Ask the solicitor.

I’d think that is more within the domain of a land surveyor?

I've done a few. It's not that hard.

If you don't know, then perhaps don't provide that service.

Every time i hear the term solicitor as an american i think of it as a beggar instead of lawyer.

Some level of government agency has jurisdiction over land divisions - they will normally have very specific requirements for what they want to see, which can likely be found on the agency's web site, or at least by giving them a phone call.

Often in the US, the drawing logistics can be handled by a surveyor...no architect input really needed.

Property planning/strategizing OTOH is very much architecty. Surveyor isn't likely to assess the zoning implications of a sub-divide.

Your local jurisdiction is going to drive the bus  on requirements so check with them.

at least in the US, it's a surveyor's job.
