After my supervisor approved the axp report I submitted, I realized I have to make changes because I inputted the wrong hours. I don't see any options to do it either on app or on NCARB's website. Do you know how to make changes? Please let me know. Thank you!

I'm sure you are not the only case they come across like this. They should be able to help you.
PS: Please note that you may have to sit on hold for awhile so have your smart phone or cell phone on the charge. You may be stuck listening to the 'elevator music' while on hold until someone answers. This can be short time or it can be a long time on hold. I've called NCARB in the past so this comes from experience.

Did you submit too many hours or too little? It sounds like you should talk to NCARB about that question.
