Did have a client once come in and ask me about what was the largest WOK he could install. Wasn't sure if there were any codes on it, I mean 5' diameter WOKs...
I don't get these people who suddenly want to stretch their culinary boundaries just because we're stuck at home. My wok is still collecting dust on the same shelf it's been on for I don't even remember how long. Postmates, on the other hand, is making a fortune off me during the quarantine...
Many years ago, I worked on a health care facility that had been in the middle of the Rodney King riots. One of their biggest concerns when we were adding a new building several years later was getting the largest on-site fuel storage they possibly could - during the riots, their facility was unmolested, but was running on the emergency generators, and they couldn't get a fuel delivery because getting to them was deemed too dangerous.
Wok, Riots and you The Architect
How is that working out for you lately?

I have a nice cast-iron wok that we received as a wedding present. 10y and it's still sitting there waiting to be used.

The handle of my wok fell off years ago. Now we just use a 24cm tefal frying pan, non stick.
You need to get a handle on your wok life balance.

Nothing better than harvesting a pound of bok choy from our garden and tossing it all in the big wok.
That looks good.
I've been cooking so much over the past couple months.
That’s good. One of the positive things that have come out of the lockdown.

It's a hobby that I always struggled to find the time to fully enjoy. Now I have more time.

It’s kinda like a flat wok I guess...
Eating it all? Shellfish. Sea what I did there?
