Need some advice. I am helping a family friend with some roof leakage issues. As the title states, it's a concrete roof and they have a beach front property. My initial thought is to go the pre-formed sheet membrane route. But due to the constant ocean breeze, I am not sure if the salt content will deteriorate the membrane. I can't seem to find any info online. Would a liquid applied membrane be more suitable for this application?

Thank you in advance!
Why don't you contact roof membrane companies and ask them?
Several type of membranes come to mind; TPM, TPO, EPDM, PVC, Modified-Bitumen....
Google the companies that make them, and supply them in your geographic area for advice.
