how to make it work...? I know the best route is to spend 1/2 a million bucks starting a construction company and becoming design/build, but is there a way to form a designer-led design-build contract between an owner and design company + builder (who are both separate entities) In other words, has anyone teamed up with a builder to form a singular contract and managed to maintain control?
