I'm looking for a new job and I'm not really sure what employers expect on the interview for someone at my level. I've basically been a CAD monkey at my previous two jobs. Do I bring a portfolio/work samples even they don't ask? What types of work should I show them?
Been out of architecture school a few years, should I still include school work in my portfolio?

I think showing recent, personal work that highlights your creative side would be better than older, student projects.
