A lot of it is easier learnt online, not saying that it's useless I used to work for a consultancy that trained most European firms but honestly if your company doesn't pay for it, it's easier online imo

Just do a Lynda subscription, much cheaper and at-your-own pace. Save those $$$ for over-priced SF kambucha!
Lynda is definitely the way to go
